Thirty Years in Medical Device Sales
After 30 years in medical device sales and management, I chose to semi-retire, though anyone who knows me will tell you I'm not exactly built for sitting still. These days, I stay busy on the tennis court, exploring new corners of the world (28 countries and counting), and experimenting in the kitchen.
Seeing Both Sides of the Interview
My career gave me something rare: perspective on both sides of the interview table. As a candidate and a hiring manager, I lived the process in ways most people never do. Friends began asking for help preparing their kids for post-graduate interviews. When I saw how little of this was ever taught in school, I jumped in, coaching them, helping shape their personal stories, and demystifying the hiring process.

That's when I realized the impact I could have. One mother called after we worked with her daughter and implored me: “You need to do this for more people.” She was right. My way of honoring something I deeply believe in: that each of us has a responsibility to lift the next generation.
